We’re looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team, where you’ll have the chance to work with advanced systems and equipment used in both clinical and industrial settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated environment, has a keen eye for detail, and excels at problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Customer support: Traveling to customer sites to deliver outstanding support. You will collaborate and be supported by the Planner and Scheduler, when planning and booking customer visits.
- Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure our sophisticated machines operate at their best, both in clinical and industrial environments.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues to keep our high-tech instruments running smoothly.
- Technical Documentation: Follow guidelines and document processes in compliance with industry regulations.
- Stock level: Keep updated on spare parts.
- Collaborate: With Sales, in-House and Application teams, to report customer requests, questions and suggestions to responsible departments.
- Weekend support: On-call and remote connection support. Occasionally if agreed upon.
Who You Are
- A technical expert with a solid background in engineering, preferably a degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- Awareness of operation in laboratory circumstances is an advantage.
- An understanding of IT connectivity and software, as our technology is becoming more and more complex, is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, E.g. Windows 10 and virtual servers.
- Hands-on and resourceful, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- A team player with good communication skills who enjoys collaborating closely with colleagues.
- Fluent in Danish or fluent in Swedish with a good understanding of Danish. Good English. An ability to communicate in “Scandinavian”.
- Situated in Denmark or in the Southern part of Sweden.
- For this position driver’s license (B) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree or background in engineering.
- Experience or interest in IT integration and software systems.
- Possibility to travel within Denmark, as well as in the Nordic countries when needed, is a must.
