Pharmaceutical innovation has accelerated, but the way of dosing oral medicines to patients has broadly stayed the same. Prescription medicine delivered as tablets in a bottle often does not provide a good fit for patients or treatment goals. However, better personalisation and improved treatment
outcomes could be achieved if oral medicines could be integrated into a handheld digital device. Oral medicine formulated as granules coupled with digital technology could provide the flexibility that patients and physicians are looking for, thus helping with the goal of moving beyond the pill.
This is excactly what our client OnDosis is up to. Their proprietary technology delivers flexible and individual dosing of oral medicines. OnDosis provide reassurance in disease management, support adherence and provide greater convenience for patients. Right now, the focus is to develop solutions for diseases that place significant burdens on both patients and healthcare. This includes ADHD, rare diseases, cancer, immunosuppression for organ transplants, Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy. OnDosis mission is to help millions of people worldwide to get a better everyday life, thanks to individualized, correct, adjustable and easy-to-swallow doses.
OnDosis, headquarted in Göteborg, was founded in 2017 based on a concept from AstraZeneca.
Presently, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the OnDosis quality management system, based on ISO 13485, EU Medical Device Regulation, and US Quality System Regulation (CFR Title 21, Part 820). You provide guidance and support quality operations throughout the product lifecycle (from pre- to post-market phase) to ensure product quality and adherence to quality management procedures and regulatory compliance.
