HEOR & RWE Manager Nordics

Health Economic Outcome Research (HEOR) & Real World Evidence (RWE) Manager Nordics.

The Position:

Reporting to the Nordic HEOR Director, the HEOR& RWE Manager will drive and support optimal HEOR and RWE activities for Daiichi Sankyo Nordics product portfolio to secure market access in the Nordic countries.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drives and supports the development of high-quality HTA submissions including development and adaptation of cost-effectiveness and budget impact models

 

  • Drives and supports the development and creation of RWE (e.g. treatment patterns, real-world efficiency, burden of illness, costing, epidemiology studies, etc.) that can be used with decision makers, and to support successful reimbursement and access for Daiichi Sankyo’s products

 

  • Adapts global health economic models and acquiries data inputs to accurately populate the models to reflect local environments

 

  • Supports adaptation of global value story and value message to the national markets in line with product strategy and local market needs together with the Country Market Access teams

 

  • Supports coordination of reimbursement processes for products across countries and in the alliances with other pharma companies

 

  • Maintains expertise in scientific and health economic principles

 

  • Supports internal HEOR education throughout training sessions and dissemination of market access expertise across the organization

 

  • Drives projects on dissemination of health economic and outcomes research knowledge internally and externally in co-operation with different stakeholders

 

  • Contributes to integrated evidence plans and data packages, to address the data needs of key external partners

 

  • Works in close collaboration with the Market Access Country teams to optimize reimbursement and pricing strategies in each of the Nordic markets

 

Qualifications and personal skills:

 

  • University degree in Health Economics or related discipline

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a pharmaceutical company or consultancy in a Nordic HEOR/HTA/Market Access role with involvement in HTA submissions

 

  • Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages

 

  • In-depth HEOR technical expertise and experience

 

  • Strong numerical skills with experience of health economics modelling

 

  • In-depth and up-to-date understanding of HTA methodology and processes in the Nordics countries

 

  • Proven ability to successfully work within a matrix and multicultural Organization

 

  • Excellent project management skills

 

  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
