A leading MedTech company seeks a visionary Global R&D Director to drive innovation and global product development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead dynamic R&D teams, manage cutting-edge projects, and align strategic initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Oversee R&D projects, budgets, and risk management, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and product reliability by upholding the highest standards in medical device development.
- Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to drive synergy and innovation across borders.
- Champion digitalization to enhance global processes and outcomes.
- Lead projects to create innovative digital solutions that enhances patient care.
- Build and nurture external collaborations to drive innovation and accelerate product development.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in the medical devices industry
- Proven leadership in MedTech innovation
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformative projects
- Passion for digital technologies
- Strong global and regulatory experience
