Our client is a well-established and respected company in Life Sciences, with some 30 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 130 MSEK. Headquartered in Göteborg, and with a Nordic sales organization, the company is part of a Group with some six companies, with an accumulated turnover of 230 MEUR.

The CEO we’re looking for has a solid track record in sales, strategy, and innovation. You have a strong ability to lead and drive sales and you’re familiar with different tools and processes to systematically improve sales efforts and drive growth.

We are looking for a leader who empowers others while giving a clear vision and direction. As our new CEO you have a strategic and visionary leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate all team members.

The position requires Senior Leadership experience from biotech, medtech, pharma, or diagnostics – the Life Science Industry. You must have had the P&L responsibility and being able to set the company strategy and to implement it. An advantage would be to understand the role of the importer/distributor (including service).  Swedish language is a requirement for this position.
