QA Engineer – Product Development
About the Role
As a member of our QA/RA/Product Development Team, you will play an important role in new product initiatives and product modifications to meet customer, regulatory, and quality requirements. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance & Rgulatory Affairs, you make sure our products comply with international medical devices standards while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new product development projects and product changes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Act as the Regulatory, Technical, and Quality expert for products where Evercare Medical acts as the Legal Manufacturer
- Support Commercial Managers in developing competitively priced products without compromising quality
- Work closely with Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure the highest quality standards from our suppliers
- Develop and maintain risk assessment and technical documentation for CE marking and regulatory compliance
- Participate in external audits (e.g., Notified Bodies, test institutes) to ensure ongoing compliance
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life sciences, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 – 3 years in product development, manufacturing, or quality assurance, in the medical device industry.
Knowledge: Familiarity with medical devices regulations and quality standards (ISO, CE marking, etc.) is preferred.
Evercare Medical is ISO 14001 certified and prioritize green product development and sustainability. Therefore, it would be an advantage if you have some experiences or a strong interest in that field.
