BD is looking for a passionate and dynamic Product Manager for our Surgery portfolio (Hernia, Infection Prevention & Biosurgery) in the Nordics. If you thrive on driving growth and creating innovative marketing strategies, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to propel business growth.
• Oversee product life cycles and prioritize our portfolio.
• Spearhead the tender process from start to finish.
• Work closely with internal teams and be the Nordic champion for our products.
• Train and support the sales team with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Clinical experience in OR nursing, preferably in hernia.
• Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare system and tender processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish/Scandinavian and English (Finnish is a plus).
