Tom Bergqvist

Tom Bergqvist established the Gothenburg affiliate for Hundra Procent Säljrekrytering/TimePeople in 1999. He has earlier been working with sales and Sales Management within the IT sector and with Business Development of interactive web based training, with several large IT companies as customers/partners. Tom also has an experience within sales from the ISL Institute - Institute for Sales Training and Leadership development.
Tom holds a Masters Degree with focus on Organisation and Leadership from the School of International Economics and Commercial Law at the University of Gothenburg. He also studied pedagogics at the University of Gothenburg.

Richard Etz

Richard Etz has several years experience from working with recruitment, and started his career at Hundra Procent Säljrekrytering/TimePeople.
Richard also has experience from establishing sales offices and has built up partner sales as well as large business customers within the IT sector. Before his career in recruitment, Richard worked several years within the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Specialist and Project Manager working for Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
Richard has a degree in marketing from IHM and he is an authorized Sales Representative by Läkemedelsindustriföreningen (LIF).

Håkan Malmberg

Håkan Malmberg earlier worked as an Area Manager within IT at Olsten Personalkraft, Regional Manager at Olsten IT People and Computer People (Adecco). He has also worked as Business and Forecast responsible at the public employment service in Gothenburg with special responsibilities for the IT sector. Also, Håkan has worked as Project Manager for several large projects within recruitment for the IT sector.
Håkan has organized a variety of training courses in recruitment in different contexts. He holds a degree in Business Admininstration from the University of Gothenburg.

	Andreas Johansson Andreas has long experience from working with sales, Key Account Management and Sales Management within the IT sector. Before joining Moveup Andreas worked at Primelog with sales and client development. Earlier Andreas worked for many years at Docendo, market leader in IT-teaching aids and web-based training within IT. 	Daniel Kremer Before joining Moveup in 2005, Daniel Kremer worked at Karolinska Institutet as a career coach at associate professor level. Prior to this he worked as a Senior Consultant within different search companies such as Penna Consulting and Fairchild International. At Fairchild International Daniel also worked as CEO for the German subsidiary, responsible for establishing the company in Germany. 	Anna Krüger Anna Krüger has been working with recruitment since the year 2000. Before joining Moveup Anna was responsible for recruitment in a global IT company. She has also a background as advisor in strategic questions regarding marketing and employer branding. Anna has been employed as recruitment consultant in companies such as Meritmind and IT-Kompetens. Anna has broad experience and she has the ability to work with recruitment for many different positions within Pharmaceuticals, Medtech as well as the IT-sector.
